If coming as a part of a delegation, the Head Delegate or Sponsor Teacher must register their school via
the School Registration form. This is required in order for us to provide the most expedient and best service
possible, and for us to note any special needs of a delegation or a Chaperone. Please keep in mind that
all delegations must have at least one Sponsor Teacher or Chaperone. More adult supervisors are highly recommended, but not required. The recommended delegate to adult supervisor ratio is 15 to 1.
Once the School Registration form has been submitted, it will take up to 24 hours to update the website with your school. Once the delegate registration form has been updated with your school, your Head Delegate or Sponsor Teacher will receive a confirmation email and individual delegates from your school may register.
If you are not part of a school that has a delegation, you may register as an Independent Delegate.
CAIMUN is primarily a high school conference. Only students grades 6 to 12 (or equivalent) are eligible to attend as delegates.
Individual delegates attending as a part of a delegation must register their school before registering as a delegate.
Unless your delegation is paying as a group, every delegate must pay online. After completing your registration, you will automatically be directed to a payment form where you can pay via PayPal. For alternate payment options, such as cheques, email firstname.lastname@example.org for different arrangements.
Registration will be divided into three separate blocks: Early Registration, Regular Registration, and Late Registration. Early Registration guarantees delegates a spot in the conference and they will get their choice of committee and country. Regular Registration will most likely allow delegates to get their choice of committees, but it cannot be guaranteed. Committee and country assignment in the Late Registration block will be pending on the allotment of delegates across all the countries with attempts to accommodate all the delegates’ preferences.
All assignments are final with certain exceptions. These exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
CAIMUN is proud to offer delegates the most affordable registration prices among all major hotel conferences in Western Canada. The registration fees for every registration block can be found below:

The Financial Aid application is closed for the 2017 conference. Check back in November for next year's application.
If you have already applied for and have been granted financial aid in the form of a subsidy, complete the delegate registration form, choose the "Delegate Payment (Financial Aid Granted)" option to avoid being redirected to the original payment form, paying through the customized payment form we have emailed you in the financial aid grant notification.
Unless alternate arrangements are made, all delegate rooming will be single-sex, quadruple rooms, with
delegates from the same school when possible. We can offer triple, double, or single rooming upon
request. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
All communication regarding rooming will be between the Secretariat and the Head Delegate or Sponsor Teacher. Final rooming lists will be submitted later in the year. All special requests regarding rooms should be relayed through the Head Delegate or Sponsor Teacher.
Please note that a delegation’s rooms may not be entirely quadruple rooms if either the number of females or the number of male delegates are not divisible by four. In this case, delegates from other schools may be placed in the room, or we may allow triple or double rooming at an additional cost. These issues will be dealt on a case-by-case basis.
If you are attending as an Independent Delegate, you will be put in a room with other Independent Delegates. If you, as an independent delegate, have a special rooming request, please submit it to email@example.com by April 1st, and we will try our best to accomodate it.
By registering for CAIMUN 2017, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms outlined below.
CAIMUN will be processing withdrawals and refunds based on when the refund request is confirmed by the participant. Refunds will be issued according to the timeline below unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

All cancellations will be subject to a $25 processing fee, subtracted from the final amount refunded.
